crystalfluxium provides professional restaurant cost per plate calculation guides, menu optimisation services, staff training, and related food service consultation. Our services are designed to help restaurant owners and managers understand and optimise their operational costs.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of our services without notice or liability.
User Obligations

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, though changes will not affect existing contractual commitments.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crystalfluxium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to crystalfluxium in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of services does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
Force Majeure
crystalfluxium shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and crystalfluxium regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and crystalfluxium.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of our services.
